Payment Information

We accept the Cash payment at our stores and online payments using Visa or Master Debit/Credit card. Floor Range LLC will not accept the liability of any bank charges made by the banks for bank transfer.

Delivery Services and Charges inside the UAE

If the client has an order of less than AED 2000, The client has to pay the AED250 delivery charges. If the order is more than 2000dhs then the delivery will be free. Delivery made on a week day of your choice Between 9AM to 7PM.

Installation Services

Floor Range LLC installation teams have very professional and respectful manners. Floor range LLC only installs or attend to the product purchased from our store or from website. Once the client processed the order, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date for the installation for your new flooring. Please make sure that all the rooms are cleaned and furniture free. Subfloor is fully prepared. Floor Range LLC cannot take the responsibility for any consequential losses due to cancellation of agreed dates by the fitter. Floor Range LLC provides 1 year installation warranty.

Transaction Currency

The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is UAE DIRHAMS (AED). If the customer’s credit card is supplied by banks other than those inside UAE, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to the exchange rate shift.

Manufacturing Fault claims

Manufacturing faults are very rare but it happen. To avoid the necessary delay to you, it’s important to check each and every board before the installation. Unfortunately if you find a product fault, please contact the sales person with any delay to arrange an onsite inspection.

Return, Exchange and Warranty

We are sure you will be happy from our services with your purchase, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. But sometime things do not go to the plan and we under that people change their minds. If its necessary the client can cancel the order but, the product must be returned with all the original packaging materials and accessories within 7 days upon the date of purchase. Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange and Return. And if the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 35 percent will be charged for the re-stocking fee. If the packaging is incomplete, product damaged or scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable, returned products must be returned with all the original packaging materials. Return and Exchange policy are applicable only 7 days upon purchasing with a 35% restocking fee. Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision. Floor Range reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for an identification card. Please visit our office and/or contact customer support for more information.
